Just days before the full moon, this Yoga, Meditation & Goal Setting class timed perfectly with the start of the 2nd half of the year. This was a great time to reflect on the first 6 months of the year and reevaluate my plans for the final 6.
It's fitting, the most important stuff is often the things we take for granted. Things like breathing. It's literally a sign of life, but when was the last time you evaluated the quality of your breath?
